A demonstration seminar on drip irrigation in Tashkent region bA demonstration seminar on the introduction of modern water-saving technologies in land irrigation was held in the Orta Chirchik district of Tashkent region. The regional khokim Davron Hidoyatov, deputy khokims, and a special group of cotton-growing district khokims, together with regional officials, examined modern water-saving technologies.

The participants were provided with detailed information about the implementation of the President's resolution of December 11, 2020 “On measures to further accelerate the introduction of water-saving technologies in agriculture”, the content of this resolution, and the tasks related to the implementation of the measures set forth in it.

Regional khokim Davron Hidoyatov and First Deputy Khokim of the region Ulugbek Uzoqov also delivered speeches at the event. Farm managers who visited the event presented technical equipment they use in the drip irrigation process on their cotton fields, as well as mineral fertilizers and biostimulants applied to crops through drip irrigation.
