A seminar-training with the staff of the company was held
IFODA AGRO CHEMICAL HIMOYA annually carries out concrete measures on improvement of professional skill and improvement of their health.
In particular, in accordance with the strategic planning program of the society, in order to prepare well for the 2017 season and increase the level of professionalism of its employees, in order to provide its customers with quality and effective services, the candidates for social workers and future job vacancies training sessions were organized. During the 8-day training at the Uzbekistan Temir Yollari Joint Stock Company, 38 branch managers, as well as newly established branches and 23 reserve candidates for regional agronomists, received treatment as well as their own treatment.
The training sessions included information about ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system, a list of essential documents in the community, internal labor regulations, job placement requirements, legal basis for executing documents, basic requirements for employees, methods of plant protection and methods of combating the most common diseases, zarakunan and insects, rules of application, storage and transportation of drugs, labor protection, t basic principles of retail and wholesale trade and contractual relationships, methods of combating cotton, grain and melons, pest control and disease control, horticulture, seeds and chemical processing of greenhouses, agro-technical measures, reports on the types and types of drug use. Also practical lessons were held on the basics of "1C-Accounting" program for the managers of branches.
At the end of the training sessions, the students' knowledge was tested. The results of the season were summarized on the appraisal criteria of staff performance and the procedure for division of staff into three categories (1, 2, 3) based on the results of the training.
