In the Zangiota district of Tashkent region, an experienced agronomist for gardening of the IFODA company, Dilshod Jo'rayev, leading agronomist Ikromjon Jo'rayev, and agronomist for the Tashkent region, Hamro Otajonov, organized a demonstration seminar for gardeners on pruning fruit trees in the spring season.

The process of pruning fruit trees depending on their species was demonstrated. According to the recommendations of agronomists, it is advisable to prune fruit trees with seeds in early spring. Fruit trees with seeds can also be pruned in the autumn-winter season. When some fruit trees are watered excessively or when fruit trees with seeds are pruned in the autumn, a sticky substance is released from their trunks. To prevent this and treat this disease, a suspension of "Entokhlorok" containing copper chloride oxide is sprayed on the tree. Also, when processing fruit trees, “Entokhlorok Plus” or “BORDO” preparations are used.

In the spring, before the buds open, it is recommended to spray copper-containing preparations against diseases. After the fruit trees bloom and shed 80 percent of their flowers, they are treated against pests. Also, preventive measures are carried out every 15-20 days until the fruits ripen.
