Every year, a winter vacation is organized for the agronomists of the Ifoda company in the regions and for employees who have been actively working. This includes not only rest, but also various scientific and practical seminars-trainings, training sessions, analysis of their activities throughout the year, mutual exchange of experience, as well as various sports competitions, contests, in short, spiritual and cultural leisure. This will certainly have a positive effect on their future work and team cohesion.

This year, a group of company employees also spent cultural leisure at the “Chotqol” sanatorium in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region. The daily treatment, procedures, and various trips were very enjoyable. In particular, the organization of football, chess and checkers competitions among employees every day ensured a meaningful day.

The holidays were great, many thanks to the organizers, - says Gafur Kichkenekov, agronomist of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. - Such opportunities of our company are very pleasing to all of us, firstly, they help us to work together with all the agronomists in the regions. In this way, we learn from each other, exchange experiences. This is good. In addition, I believe that such opportunities will add strength to our strength and enthusiasm.

Of course, mutual training sessions were not forgotten. Seminars-trainings were held with the participation of experienced specialists V.Z. Toshbulatova, M. Usmonov, A. Khudoyberdiev, Turkish agronomists Cengiz Yalchin, Nakis Hakon. Also, agronomists in the regions shared their experiences, telling each other about their shortcomings, achievements and other issues during the year. In addition, under the leadership of Fazliddin Ibragimov, Deputy Director of Ifoda Company, the work and plans for the coming year were agreed upon.
