IFO SEED VA VL-77 PREPARATLARI BILAN LABORATORYADA TAZHRIBA OTKAZILDI
The Kashkadarya branch of the Scientific Research Institute of Grain and Legume Crops is studying the effectiveness of the use of IFO SEED and VL-77 preparations on crop species in laboratory conditions. For this, plant seeds were sown in special furrows with and without treatment, that is, for control. According to experts, the first effect between them was felt in the process of plant growth. According to the results of the first 10 days, the difference in the height of the seedlings was 3 cm, and after 25 days this figure was 8 cm.
- We used elite seeds in this experiment. It should be noted that there was no significant difference in seed germination, - says Akbar ABDUAZIMOV, scientific secretary of the Scientific Research Institute of Grain and Legume Crops. - However, there was a significant difference in growth rate and energy. Also, the roots of the plants in the furrows planted with treatment were better developed than in the control ones. In addition, we can see that two out of every 10 plants in the control group accumulated additional. In the experimental group, 9 out of ten accumulated additional.
Thus, when treated with IFO SEED, the plant root becomes stronger, growth energy increases, and accumulation improves. This makes it more winter-hardy and resistant to various diseases and other negative factors. In addition, after wheat sprouts, its need for nutrients increases. To determine this in laboratory conditions, it is necessary to measure the amount of chlorophyll. To determine the amount of chlorophyll, we need 10 samples of the plant. For research, analysis is taken from three points of each plant. Only then can the result be accurate. By the way, this special device gives the average amount of analysis taken from each point. If the total indicator is below 40, then the plant is demanding on nutrients.
