On February 17, a seminar was held at the “Tillaboev – tsoyishi mo’l” farm in the Izboskan district of the Andijan region on methods of foliar feeding of grain, combating diseases, pests and weeds. The event was attended by the deputy khokim of the Izboskan district, Abdufattoh Umarov, agronomists of the “IFODA” company, and representatives of farms specializing in grain in the district.

At the seminar, agronomists of the “IFODA” company gave farmers valuable advice on grain processing. In particular, after the grain has emerged from winter, it was recommended to feed the grain with IFO PZN and Anka Super suspensions. It was noted that Entostar and Entostar+ preparations would be useful against weeds, and Entopik and Ento Rygras would be useful to eliminate sedge weeds. Experts noted that the Top Crop, Dalate Plus and Entolucho 20 preparations are effective against pests. They also recommended the use of Zerebra Agro and IFO AMINOMAX at the third stage of grain processing.

Agronomists also gave recommendations based on their observations on obtaining a grain yield of 90-100 quintals. Experienced agronomist Muhammadsultan Atakhonov revealed the following about this:

– The place where our seminar is being held today is the “Tillaboev – tsoyisi mo’l” farm, which has been an experimental test site of “IFODA” for three years. In the 2019-2020 season, this farm obtained a grain yield of 90-92 quintals. All farms can achieve such high yields. Only by following our recommendations and treating the grain at least 5 times with suspension, twice against diseases, twice against pests and once against weeds, can high yields be achieved.

At the meeting, representatives of farmers and dehkan farms who visited also asked questions that interested them. Most farmers asked for help in directing the loan funds they receive from the bank directly to the “IFODA” company for the purchase of fertilizers and preparations. The experts explained that the “IFODA” company is in the supplier base, and farmers can direct their funds to the supplier of their choice by contacting the bank manager.
