A training seminar on chemical agrotechnical measures carried out in early spring orchards was held in the Kuva district of Fergana region. It was attended by Bakojon Murodov, Deputy Head of the State Plant Quarantine Inspectorate under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Maksudali Saydullayev, Head of the Regional Plant Quarantine, and heads of a number of horticultural farms.

Agronomists from the IFODA company also participated in this training seminar and gave their recommendations on which preparations to use when treating orchards with berry and seed fruit trees with chemicals in early spring. The company's leading agronomist Dilshod Jo'rayev said this:

– In early spring, to combat pests, Bi 58 can be used at the rate of 3 kilograms per hectare of land. ENTOXLOROK 85 can also be used at the rate of 3 kilograms per hectare. In addition, to prevent frost, we recommended spraying 600 grams of VL 77 and 600 grams of ENTO ZINC per hectare of land. Before and after flowering, it is advisable to apply Entovant and Entovant Pro against worms at a rate of 600 grams and 250 grams per hectare, respectively. We also provided detailed information on the use of pheromone traps at the seminar.
