We are in the fields of the “Tashbuloq Tekst” LLC in the Namangan district. We can say that this cluster has become a lifeline for farmers in the region. The reason is that many farms in the district have been struggling with water problems, a lack of necessary equipment and fertilizers. Therefore, the harvest was also poor. However, after the cluster was established, these problems were eliminated and the opportunity to double the harvest appeared.

– We do not have wastewater, we irrigate with a pump. When our crops need water, the pump would break down. This is an additional expense, an extra headache, – says the head of the farm Abdumutal Rakhmonov. – To solve this water problem, I planted cotton in double rows. Because in double rows, it is absorbed by the seedlings, and with one drink of water, you can get 30 quintals of harvest. Now there is no such problem, we do not have a single day left for the second. After joining the cluster, you do not say that we will fix the pump, you do not look for equipment, you do not look for medicine, everything is provided. You just have to work. Before the cluster, we used to fulfill the cotton plan by 50-60 percent. Now, for example, we fulfilled the plan set last year by 108 percent. Isn't that an achievement in itself?

Here is a word about the cluster. “Tashbulok Tekst” LLC includes 20 farms, and there is 608 hectares of cotton area belonging to the cluster. It also provides services to more than 5.5 thousand hectares of cotton fields in the district. It has been working together with the Ifoda company since its establishment.

Frankly, at first, farmers in the region could not harvest more than 30-35 quintals of cotton alone. Now this figure reaches 40-45 and even 50 centners. 

– Last year, as an experiment, we cultivated together in the fields belonging to this cluster from planting to harvesting, – says agronomist Otabek Kudratov. – The harvest gave the expected result: 47 centners. After that, other farms also contacted us. I want to say that we are ready for cooperation at any time, at any time. We will never spare our necessary advice.
