This drug is used against annual and perennial grass weeds in cotton, onions and broadleaf crops. Due to its unique active ingredient, there are no restrictions on its use in crop rotation. The half-life is 1g'3 days, which prevents clethodim from entering groundwater. It is not washed away by rain after one hour of application. It combines well with other herbicides.
