FIST
A highly effective herbicide used against a wide spectrum of annual grass and broadleaf weeds in the cultivation of cotton, vegetable crops, corn, potatoes, and sunflowers. The active ingredient — pendimethalin, belongs to the chemical group of dinitroanilines and suppresses the final stage of plant mitosis by affecting the root meristem. It inhibits the formation of tubulin — a protein necessary for plant cell division. The herbicide penetrates through the roots and stem of the plant, stopping cell division in the meristem. As a result, weeds die either at the germination stage or shortly after emergence. Small weeds that have already appeared before treatment are also destroyed. The product remains active in the soil and is applied before the crop emerges.
