It is used against annual and perennial sedge weeds in cotton, onions, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, peas, peanuts, beets and other broadleaf crops, orchards and vineyards. It is sprayed in broadleaf fields before the cotton blooms, especially against weeds such as ajryk karasuli, foxtail, karakurmak, itkunak, beshbarmoq, mastak species, seed-grown grass, wheat and corn grasses that have sprouted from spilled seeds.
